The following are add-on services and features that you can purchase to complement your site hosting package. Be sure to check here often as we are constantly increasing the number of add-ons we offer.

Storage

Should you need extra storage space on your site, you can always increase your hard drive allowance.

10 MB: $5/month
50 MB: $25/month
100 MB: $45/month (10% discount)
250 MB: $100/month (20% discount)

Email

You can also purchase additional email accounts / storage.

$5 per month / 5 POP3 & 5 alias email accounts
$8 per month / 10 POP3 & 10 alias email accounts
$12 per month / 20 POP3 & 20 alias email accounts

$5 per month for additional 10 MB extra storage per mailbox
$10 per month for additional 20 MB extra storage per mailbox

DSN

You can purchase additional DSNs under any NT account, for Access database.

$5/month per additional DSN

Domain Pointing

If you have other domain names that you want pointed to your existing (primary) web site, we can always alias those for you. Remember that email accounts cannot be setup for the secondary domain.

Thawte Dedicated SSL certificate

DaWebWorks can install a Web Server Certificate (SSL) through Thawte.

$190 for site SSL certificate.
$100 setup fee
$159 per year renewals

Comodo Dedicated Pro SSL certificate

DaWebWorks can install a Web Server Certificate (SSL) through Comodo.

$70 for site SSL certificate.
$100 setup fee
$70 per year renewals

Enhanced Support

Da Web Works offers our clients a special support package. We understand not everyone is a computer expert, but Da Web Works can help by providing you with special tech support that goes beyond the normal hosting support. Some examples of these support issues are:

  1. Help with transferring your existing site from your current hosting server to our servers.
  2. Problems of setting up client email programs.
  3. Helping the client troubleshoot email problems that are not directly related to our mail server.
  4. Uploading site to server using FTP or FrontPage.
  5. Support issues that might arise from using FrontPage.
  6. Site problems with scripts, this includes programming done in ASP and Perl.
  7. Monthly site backups needed for client on CD.
    The price for this package is based on a yearly contract paid monthly at a rate of $100 per month. This covers two hours per month used or not. If you feel that more time will be needed on a regular basis, then we will bill additional hours at $50 per hour. Please keep in mind that the additional hours then become part of the regular monthly price. If additional hours are only needed for that month then we will bill at a rate of $75 per hour. Includes all time spent on customer issues, i.e. phone consultation, research, answering e-mailed questions and helping sort out any issues not directly related to the hosting account, caused by something that we are not responsible for.

Without our Tech Support contract all items are billed at our regular $90 per hour rate with a one-hour minimum per incident.
